We are looking for a Passenger Service Agent who will provide direct support to the PAX Shift Supervisor.
The successful candidate will be an energetic, positive, professional, and self-motivated individual providing exceptional customer service support.

Job Description
· Responsible for Passenger Check in, Boarding & Baggage Services.
· Liaise with Airline customers
· Fanatical emphasis on Quality Services
· Demonstrate a Safety-First attitude
· Create good housekeeping practices in the workplace
· Inspect and verify passenger documentation
· Checks passenger baggage and places bag tags on them at the ticket counter for appropriate destination
· Handles customer complaints regarding ticketing and baggage handling when problems arise. (i.e., lost baggage, lost/misplaced tickets, cancelled flights or delayed flights)
· Make announcements regarding flight activity at gate or over airport’s general PA system
· Answers passenger inquiries regarding flight schedules, fares, space availability for a particular flight and other questions that may arise
Requirements & Qualifications
· Previous experience in the aviation industry or in a similar role is preferred.
· Ability to lift 50 lbs independently
· Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.
· Airlines are 24/7, so we need our team members to be flexible to work various and/or split shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.
· Highly motivated and able to work well independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
· Able to multi-task and establish priorities in a dynamic and changing environment.
· Must always maintain a professional appearance and mannerisms.
· Able to work collaboratively as a productive member of the Samsic Airport Team.
· Able to obtain and maintain a Transport Canada Restricted Area Identification ID Pass (RAIC).
· Must successfully complete the Passenger Service Agent initial training course in accordance with airline standards.
· Always maintains the highest level of service expectations of both the passenger and the airline customer.
· Comply with all federal, provincial, municipal, airport authority and carrier security requirements.
· First Aid, CPR is an asset.
· Sound analytical thinking, planning, prioritization, and execution skills.
· Professional, punctual, meticulous, and diligent.
· English language required.
· Must be 18 years of age.
Work Remotely
