As we expand our product offerings, we are seeking a talented and driven Product Manager to join our team and help shape the future of our organization.

Position Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled Product Manager with proven real product development experience to join our cross-functional team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch and beyond. This role requires a deep understanding of product management principles, a track record of successful product launches, and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders to deliver exceptional products.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Strategy: Develop a comprehensive product strategy and roadmap aligned with the company's vision and goals.

Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with internal stakeholders and customers to gather and define product requirements, ensuring a thorough understanding of user needs and pain points.

Product Development: Work closely with engineering teams to translate requirements into technical specifications, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.

Agile Project Management: Utilize Agile methodologies to plan and manage product development sprints, ensuring efficient execution and timely delivery of features.

Competitive Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends, emerging technologies, and potential product enhancements.

User Experience: Champion user-centric design principles and collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and engaging product experiences.

Product Launch: Plan and execute successful product launches, including go-to-market strategies, marketing collateral, and customer training materials.

Product Performance Tracking: Define key product metrics and track performance, utilizing data-driven insights to make informed product decisions and optimizations.

Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer support, to gather feedback, address concerns, and ensure successful product adoption.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Proven work experience as a Product Manager or similar role, with a strong emphasis on real product development experience.

Strong understanding of product management principles and methodologies.

Solid technical understanding, with the ability to effectively communicate with engineering teams and understand complex technical concepts.

Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus, with knowledge of related processes, tools, and challenges.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and make data-driven decisions.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Passion for innovation and staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 40hours/Week

Salary:$65,000-85,000/year
