Job Description
We are a highly ranked physical therapy clinic in the downtown Montreal region, seeking an experienced and dedicated physical therapist to join our team. As a physical therapist at our clinic, you will work with a diverse patient population and provide individualized treatment plans to help them achieve their goals.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, evaluations, and develop individualized treatment plans for patients
- Provide hands-on therapy, exercises, and other interventions to promote healing and recovery
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists, to ensure a comprehensive approach to patient care
- Maintain accurate and complete patient records
- Participate in continuing education and professional development activities
Requirements:
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Active license to practice as a physical therapist in Quebec
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a physical therapist
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Demonstrated commitment to patient-centered care
- Fluency in French and English is preferred
