Landscape Labourer -Construction Division

SeeMoreGreen is looking for Landscape Labourers who will work alongside other team members to provide a range of landscape construction services to our clients. Landscape Labourer’s duties include, but are not limited to, performing tasks related to landscape construction, including grading, soil work, sodding, seeding, paving stone, retaining walls, and planting. Field workers must follow all safety procedures, company guidelines and policies.
What you will do:
· Work closely with Crews in the installation of landscapes on construction projects.
· Using power tools such as quick cut saws, chain saws, plate tampers, power wheelbarrows, skills saws, sod cutter, rototiller, drills, etc.
· Loading, securing and unloading materials, tools and equipment from trucks and trailers
· Assist crews in maintaining a clean, orderly and safe job site
· Helping to improve efficiencies of the daily tasks.
What you will bring:
· Valid Class 5 Driver’s License with Reliable transportation to and from work sites in a mandatory requirement.
· Ability to work with power/hand tools, small engine equipment, and material handling.
· Physically fit with good stamina and ability to lift 80 lbs.
· Ability to perform moderate to heavy labor-intensive tasks for extended periods of time in varied weather conditions.
· Ability to follow company safe work procedures.
· Ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team
· Fluently able to Speak, read, and write English.
· Flexibility in working hours including occasional weekend work due to weather and job schedules.
· Personal smartphone with data plan for daily attendance marking, communication, and reporting.
Work Conditions:
· Ability to work 40- 50 hour work week.
· Working near heavy equipment and other vehicles on a regular basis.
· Working outdoors in various conditions including cold, heat and humidity, rain, dust, and noise.
· Working flexible hours including occasional weekend work, stat holidays, and out-of-town work where and when required.
