ABOUT THE TEAM
Our Talent team is centered around Learning, Employee Engagement, Performance & Career Management, Talent Acceleration & Equity, Inclusion and Diversity. We create inspiring learning opportunities for PSP`s people while encouraging growth and development at all levels and across business units.

ABOUT YOUR ROLE

As an Intern, Talent Management & Development you’ll:
  • Provide analytical support for data management and dashboarding needs
  • Act as the point of contact for PSP employees on training and development matters
  • Act as the main point of contact for external vendor logistics
  • Analyze and input information related to training and development in Workday Learning
  • Provide support in documenting programs and/or processes and/or policies
  • Support the Talent team on the planning, communications and the logistics of various events and projects

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

  • Enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Technology Management, Business Analytics, or a related field
  • Ability to work as part of a team, in a spirit of cooperation, and maintain excellent interpersonal relations
  • Ability to manage several projects at the same time without missing deadlines; good organizational skills
  • Good analytical and technological skills (Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint is a must) as well as willingness to learn new tools or systems
  • Sense of autonomy, proactivity, adaptability and prioritization
  • Bilingualism required (Fluency in French and English)
  • Must return to studies after the internship or the internship must be part of your curriculum
